CIMATEC Industrial

CIMATEC Industrial was an initiative of the FIEB System, with support from the Government of the State of Bahia, CNI and BNDES, with a view to fostering the continuous development of competitiveness in the industrial sector. Futura Arquitetos & Associates, with the architect Alvaro Letelier as its general coordinator.

The project, implemented in an area of 62,000 m², needed specific approaches to cover the entire urbanized area as well as differentiated solutions for each of the buildings, without neglecting an integral view of the whole and the relationships between all the disciplines involved. . In this way, the development of the stages required permanent coordination, between inspection and engineers from all the disciplines involved, to successfully complete a project of the magnitude of CIMATEC Industrial.
