PRT5 – Nova Sede

It was about the construction of the new headquarters of the Regional Labor Office of the 5th region in Salvador, Bahia. The project has a total of approximately 7,200m² of building, with 10 office floors, but 6 parking floors in a single tower.

A Futura Arquitetos & Associados was hired to design all the projects. The project coordination was entrusted to the architect Alvaro Letelier, including the architectural project and complementary disciplines. From the needs program and the listed specifications, the Preliminary Study was prepared, and from it the legal and executive projects. Due to the dimensions and height of the building, it was necessary to have a dedicated coordination focused on the compatibility of disciplines in order to minimize unforeseen events.
