TJBA – Fórum Paulo Afonso

The project for the construction of the new building of the Forum of the District of Paulo Afonso was one of the works of interest for the administration of the Court of Justice of the State of Bahia at the time. Due to the deadlines established by the administration, the project had to be developed in a short space of time, requiring the engagement of all those involved in meeting the deadlines.

Futura Arquitetos & Associates, being the architect Alvaro Letelier, at the time general coordinator of the office, responsible for monitoring and coordinating with the other disciplines involved.

Due to the separation of projects, architecture and complementary, it was necessary to establish a continuous communication, through periodic meetings, for the correct progress of the projects. The architectural solutions depended to a large extent on communication between all disciplines, allowing the completion of the executive project within the established deadline.
