TJPA Anexo II

The project for the construction of TJPA-Annex II, in the headquarters of the Court of Justice of the State of Pará, was a strategic work for the administration that considered an auditorium with 400 seats and facilities for the Internal Affairs Department. Futura Arquitetos was hired to develop all stages and disciplines of the project, including surveys, budget and legal approvals.

Alvaro Letelier, as coordinator of Futura Arquitetos, was in charge of coordinating all disciplines throughout the four stages of the project, as well as contracting additional services in the preliminary stages. Periodic meetings were held with the client as well as with the team of engineers to choose solutions for each discipline, aiming at the compatibility of all of them. The architectural project was developed in BIM, under the supervision of the architect Iolanda Moitinho. After delivery, and in the construction phase, full support was provided to the customer, in the sending of additional details or compatibility in the case of design changes during the work.
