An analysis will be made of the complexity of the enterprise, the requirements for the execution and the client’s wishes for the final product. At this stage, a checklist will be created with the main guidelines for the project.
A document will be developed to establish the scope of the project, as well as the items to be made compatible in all the AEC disciplines involved, in a detailed and assertive way, determining the project stages, deadlines and format of the deliverables. Due to a specific organization and a different workflow from the traditional ones, an efficient communication tool will be defined between the client and DuoBIM, preferably in the cloud, enabling fluid contact between all those involved in the project.
This is the design and development phase of the project, therefore, the one that will require more time and dedication for its progression. The modeling stage can require weeks or months, this time difference can vary according to the complexity of the work. Different views and details will be generated, to deliver a fully clear project, with assertive definition, for the comprehension of all those involved.
At this stage, the unification of the information from all AEC Project disciplines is essential for the correct design of the model, and for the generation of accurate compatibility reports between architectural and the other disciplines.
